Lock the ticket today.
Pay for it over time.
Moss Moss holds your seat the moment you pay half. The rest you settle on a schedule you pick — no surprises, no hidden numbers, and every purchase comes with its own written agreement showing your dates, amounts and total before you confirm anything.
You pay 50% today
Half the ticket price now secures it. Your spot is held from that moment.
You choose the pace
Every two weeks or every month — pick what matches how you get paid.
A plan fee applies
Spreading the cost adds a small plan fee, and it grows the longer you take. Shorter plan, smaller fee.
How it works
- STEP 1
Pick your ticket
Choose your tier and quantity like normal.
- STEP 2
Choose Moss Moss
Pick every two weeks or every month, and how many payments.
- STEP 3
Agree, then pay 50%
Read your written plan agreement, tick to accept, and your deposit locks the ticket at today's price.
- STEP 4
Finish before the gate
All payments must be complete at least 15 days before the event. Your agreement stays in your account, and your QR ticket is issued when the last payment clears.
The simple rule
The longer you take to pay, the higher the plan fee. Paying every two weeks always costs less than paying monthly, because you clear the balance sooner.
Every 2 weeks: starts at 2.5% and rises by 2.5% for each extra payment.
Every month: starts at 5% and rises by 5% for each extra payment.
Work out your plan
Put in the ticket price and see exactly what you pay today, what follows, and what it costs in total. Same numbers checkout uses.
You pay today
KES 2,000
Then 2 × every 2 weeks
KES 1,100
Plan fee (5%)
KES 200
Total cost
KES 4,200
If you started today, your remaining payments would fall on 9 Nov · 23 Nov. All payments must finish at least 15 days before the event, so checkout may offer fewer payments for events happening soon.
A real example: a KES 10,000 ticket
You pay KES 5,000 today either way. What changes is the plan fee and how the balance is split.

Stay on track
- Before your deposit is charged, you get a written agreement for that exact purchase — your ticket details, every payment date and amount, the plan fee and the total. You tick to accept it, and we record when you did.
- A copy is emailed to you once the deposit clears, and it stays in your account under My Tickets, unchanged, for as long as you need it.
- Your deposit is 50% of the ticket price and is what secures your spot.
- Miss a payment and you get a 7-day grace window — we'll remind you before and during it.
- Every payment must be done at least 15 days before the event.
- If the grace window lapses, the order is cancelled and the tickets go back on sale. If you've paid less than two-thirds of the total, payments made are kept. If you've paid two-thirds or more, we refund what you paid minus the deposit and the plan fee within 30 business days. Talk to us early if something changes — your agreement has the exact wording.
