How do I get my ticket?+
Once payment clears, your QR ticket is emailed and available in My Tickets instantly.
Can I pay in installments?+
Yes — Moss Moss lets you pay 50% today and settle the rest every two weeks or monthly. A small plan fee applies and grows the longer you take; see the Moss Moss page for the full breakdown.
What are Hype Bucks?+
Rewards you earn on every GA ticket. They activate after the event, are worth 1 KES each, and can be redeemed up to 25% of a ticket — never against plan fees.
What happens if an event is cancelled?+
Active tickets are voided, plans halt, and refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.
I missed an installment — what now?+
You get a grace window. Miss it and the order is forfeited per our Terms; partial payments are not refunded.
